This is a collection of my favorite workouts that combine cardio and strength in a circuit style. In my opinion, anytime you have the opportunity to combine cardio and strength; do so. Not only does is shorten your workout time, but it also raises your metabolism in ways that straight cardio and/or straight lifting can't. That means you'll be burning calories for hours even after the workout is done!
